Custom Orders

Time constraints don't allow us to work and send previews of personalized designs.

Please be sure that once your order is received, we are dedicated to it so that each name harmoniously matches the design.


The curtains are not grey but they are also not pure bright white, the blackout fabric that they are printed on is a very light grey and absorbs the white ink, we wanted to clarify this and we made the comparison of colors on the second photo of each listing; even though the background may be a bit darker than sheer curtains the print and other colors still look incredible and will highlight any room :)

Each one of our listings includes a detail description of the products where you can find the size info.

If you are ordering clothes:

All items include a size chart which you can access by scrolling the photos of the product.

To get an accurate size, we advise to find a similar item (one that fits great) in your child's closet, lay it flat, measure it in inches then match those measurements to the size chart provided on the listing photos.

We do not accept any returns or size exchanges.


Please note that each item is made to order, due to this nature we can not offer exchanges or returns based on size. We ask that you carefully read the size details and the product specifications before you purchase.

In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive misprinted/damaged/defective, we will be happy to replace them or provide a full refund.

Photos of the damaged item(s) are necessary.

We would love to commit and assure your item will arrive by a specific date, but we are unable to do so as some variables are entirely out of our control, and we will let you make that decision based on the following factors:

1. Production: Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks. It varies depending on the volume of orders received, and all orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Due to this factor, we cant give you an exact date as of when the order will ship. An estimate and a time range are provided in the product details.  

2. Delivery time: Within the USA it varies depending upon destination and can take from 3 to 6 business days after your order has shipped. It is completely out of our control if there is a delay during delivery or if a package gets lost in transit.

MOST items are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days. (Weekends are not business days).

If your order includes multiples items, you may receive multiple packages.
